Toqui’s hosted service (operated by Galloway Software Solutions Inc.) is being wound down. No new signups are being accepted.

Toqui is being released as a self-hostable open source project under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later. Use of the source code will be governed by that license, not by these legacy terms.
